I translated the bulk of this from Spanish. I've left the previous see also link to the IMF, but its relevance to Esquivel seems unclear. He is not mentioned in the IMF article. I realize the relevance of the IMF to Argentina, but it seems a stretch unless that were to be discussed in relevant terms. Jmabel 07:27, 7 Jan 2004 (UTC)
