Adolfo Consolini (January 5, 1917 - December 20, 1969) was an Italian athlete who competed mainly in the discus throw.

He competed for an Italy in the 1948 Summer Olympics held in London, Great Britain in the discus throw where he won the gold medal.

When Adolfo returned four years later to the 1952 Summer Olympics held in Helsinki, Finland he was unable to retain his title but did win the silver medal behind American Sim Innes.

In 1946, 1950 and 1954 he became European champion.
