Adolfo S. Azcuna (born February 16, 1939) is an incumbent Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines. . He was appointed to the Court by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo on October 24, 2002.

Azcuna earned his law degree at the Ateneo School of Law and completed post-graduate studies at the University of Salzburg. He taught international law at the Ateneo from 1967 to 1986, and also engaged in private practice during that period.
Azcuna had been elected as a delegate to the 1971 Constitutional Convention representing Zamboanga del Norte. In 1986, President Corazon Aquino appointed him to the 1986 Constitutional Commission which drafted the present constitution. President Aquino also appointed him to several executive posts, including as Presidential Legal Counsel, Press Secretary, and Presidential Spokesman. In 1991, Azcuna was named Chairman of the Philippine National Bank.
Azcuna was also active in private practice and was in a law partnership with former COMELEC Commissioner Haydee Yorac prior to his appointment to the Court.
