[edit] History
Tom was born in Brasschaat, which he calls the "Hollywood part of Town", the town being Antwerp. Before being a musician, he was a tennis player. One day he turned his racket around and allegedly shouted "Guitar!". Tom participated in Humo's Rockrally, one of the biggest rock competitions in the Low Countries. Backed up by a bass guitarist and a drummer he was awarded the silver medal and won the audience's vote. His first album appeared not too long after the competition on Universal, as did his second.
Recently one of Belgium's most influential rock formations, dEUS, asked Admiral Freebee to be the supporting act on their European tour.
