Adie Smith (born August 11, 1973 in Birmingham, England) and currently plays for Nationwide Conference side Tamworth. Where he plays in defence.
Adie started his football career as a trainee with Birmingham City before joining Willenhall Town.
On 1 August 1996, Adie moved on to Bromsgrove Rovers from Willenhall Town. He was there for exactly a year before been snapped up by local rivals, Kidderminster Harriers for a sum of £19,000.
After giving a brilliant service to the Kidderminster Harriers, where he played 243 games and scored 13 goals, Adie decided to turn semi-professional and joined Tamworth on 6 February 2004[1][2].
Adie is now a fans favourite with the lamb’s fans and after some speculation as to his future at The Lamb, Adie re-signed for the 2006-7 season in the close season.
