Adel Nefzi (Arabic: عادل النفزي) (born 16 March 1974) is a Tunisian football (soccer) player who currently plays as a goalkeeper for US Monastir.

Nefzi originally played for Olympique de Beja before moving to Monastir. He was called up to the Tunisian national team for the 2006 World Cup and is likely to be a backup goalkeeper.
