Adam Simpson (born July 17, 1987) is an Australian rules footballer who is captain of the Kangaroos.

Debuting in 1995, he has won two premierships, a best and fairest and All-Australian selection in his career. Simpson played every game in their 1999 premiership season.

He received the club captaincy in the 2004 season and led the Kangaroos into the finals the following year.
