Ad van den Berg [[1]](born 1944) is the treasurer of the Dutch party PNVD, a party that, among other points, calls for the lowering of the age of consent to 12 (and the eventual abolition thereof). Van den Berg was also once the Chairman of Martijn Association[2].

He was convicted in 1987 of abusing an 11-year old boy, and was given a fine and a suspended prison sentence. After he was blackmailed he decided to leave his Camping location at the Kruiningergors in Oostvoorne. He decided to move to his other place in Haarlem wherefrom he continues his political activities. The Dutch newstelevision "Netwerk" monitored him for three months. They discovered that he still keeps in touch with minors.
