The following is a list of NBA teams with the longest active non-playoff appearance streaks. This list will be updated whenever a team clinches a spot for, or is eliminated from, the 2007 NBA Playoffs. Thirteen teams are currently on this list, however, most of the time, 14 teams will populate this article.
- Note: teams appearing with a "†" notation, have been eliminated from the 2007 playoffs.
