Action for Blind People

Action for Blind People is a British charity dedicated to helping blind and visually impaired people. They work closely with Royal National Institute of the Blind and The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association. Action for Blind People was founded in 1857 and provides direct support for more than 20,000 people every year.

In Lancashire, Action for Blind People works in close association with Galloway's Society for the Blind sharing Galloway's HQ building Howick House which is fast becoming a centre of excellence for all matters of visual impairment in Lancashire.
