Action Mountain High is the fifth episode of season one of the television sitcom Grounded for Life.

Lily's trip to an amusement park with a group of her friends backfires when she calls Sean to pick her up. He does not like what he sees, and when he realises he was the one called because everyone thought he would go easy on them, he proceeds to get them all in trouble by telling their parents.

The title is a take-off of the John Denver song "Rocky Mountain High".
