The ACPCommunications user ID is supported by members of the Communications Department of the American College of Physicians. Yes, technically we're PR flacks, but we really try to keep a NPOV in our postings. We're a non-profit organization for doctors of internal medicine, and have access to a lot of good information on a variety of health care topics, all carefully vetted by real, live physicians.
