Member and leader of OpenOffice.org EspaƱol community, and mantainer of GULTab, graduated with a Major on International Business from Endicott College. He became a strong Free software advocate on 2002 joining the Boston Unix and Linux group at MIT.

On 2002 met Sam Hiser who introduced to the OpenOffice.org community at the NYLUG and later at the 2002 LinuxWorld Conference in Manhattan. Due to the steep slow down of the economy he moved back to Mexico and help organized a local LUG called GULTab in which succesfully held up to 10 consecutive meetings and gain inrows on newspapers, local universities and local government.

On 2004 he moved to Romania where he had the chance to participate at InterAKT in Bucharest Romania. At the same time he co-founded XpoLinux, the first non-academic linux conference in Monterrey N.L. He also got the chance for the first time to attend to the OpenOffice.org Conference in Berlin, Germany when he met fellow community members such as Ian Lynch, Jaqueline McNally, and Christian Einfield.

Ian Lynch hired him to work on his company after the contract finished in Romania and work with him at The Learning Machine in Tamworth, UK. He co-worked with fellow OOo community member Daniel Carrera and dedicate most of the work to develop the INGOTs in Spain and Latin America.
