Acland Hospital
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Acland Hospital was a hospital in North Oxford, England, located at the southern end of the Banbury Road. It was founded in memory of Sarah Acland, wife of the academic and physician Sir Henry Acland. In 2004, the Banbury Road site was sold to Keble College and the hospital moved to Headington, a suburb to the west of Oxford, when it was renamed The Manor Hospital.
