Acid Punk music is a hard type of punk rock type music. Like grunge music, acid punk is hard, fast and sometimes sexual. Acid Punk typically has adrenaline-pumping rhythms. At house shows, Acid Punk is sometimes played with hard music styles. Acid punk is also mixed with techno and House. Acid Punk could be a form of Hardcore Techno in some cases. Though it sometimes includes Emocore lyrics or styles of Screamo it is not a form of Emo. Although it is not a widely known genre of music, its number of fans is growing.
