== ACIR == Acronym used in investigations and research. Advisory Counsel International Relations, Assured Confidential Investigative Reports, American Contractors Investigators Researchers. The first known ACIR was begun in 1968 in Houston, Texas. ACIR is a prestigious association held in high regard among many government and secret organizations, including the Club of Rome, Bilderbergs, and secret societies ncluding the freemasons. The rich and famous have been known to use ACIR in personal and business investigations.

ACIR was began as a small Confidential Investigative Interrogatories Reporting Service for famous lawyers of Houston who were not wanting to use investigators already known in Houston. The excellent findings of facts lead to a much broader yet exclusive usage by members of the closed exclusive society of contract investigators. Investigators consist of former government general service investigators, and some former state, as well as retired police officers desiring to submit research articles part-time yet not be on the private investigator roles but rather serve as Investigative Reporters and Researchers by contract only on form 1099. Attorneys who represent prestigious clients often utilize the founder who was recruited by well known attorney Percy Foreman (deceased) in Houston, Texas after he represented her in her own case. The founder was said to be the original Charles Hansen (deceased) Investigator used on the famous Dr. John Hill (deceased) and Joan Robinson Hill (deceased) case. See Book "For Blood or Money". ACIR Investigative Reporters are known to hobnob with the rich and famous as body guards and former secret service agents. All take an oath of silence on their cases and remain loyal to the cause for the higher good. No ACIR Investigative Reporter or Journalist will share open cases with the press. Contact witnesses are kept in confidence. Some have known to serve jail time rather than divulge their sources. This is a number one affiliation rule. One must be asked by the founder who was trained by Percy Foreman one of the great trial lawyers of America. ACIR confidential investigative reporters are considered expert witnesses since 1980. 1968 is the year celebrated as the founding year although 1980 was the beginning of team investigations.
