The American Coalition of Fathers & Children (ACFC) is an organization that promotes the reform of family law to eliminate parental segregation and replace it with equal parenting rights & responsibilities.
ACFC has numerous affiliate organizations throughout the United States, including ACFC-KS, Fathers and Families, FAPT, and Parents Without Rights.
Stephen Baskerville became President of ACFC in 2003.
In 2006, the North Dakota Coalition for Families and Children, an ACFC affiliate, was instrumental in getting a shared parenting initiative on the ballot. This initiative failed by a 56 to 44 margin in the face of an unprecedented campaign of negative publicity by opponents.
