I think this is very good. The only thing I would advise, would be to make save the "negative stigma" stuff for the 2nd paragraph, and open with a summarization/intoduction about education in Kentucky, and then make your opening paragraph the 2nd paragraph. --rogerd 17:00, 9 October 2006 (UTC)
