Khmer Rouge victims
According to this CNN/AP story from April 21, 2000 (http://archives.cnn.com/2000/STYLE/arts/04/21/cambodia.facing.death.ap/), these photos were printed from negatives discovered in 1993 by two photojournalists in a (Khmer, I suppose) prison archive..... I do not know if anybody might hold a copyright on the collage per se—maybe the Tuol Sleng Museum (cf. also this travel report (http://www.btinternet.com/~andy.brouwer/overview.htm), indicating that this museum exhibits such a collage). qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law. Any other uses of this image, on Wikipedia or elsewhere, may be copyright infringement. See Wikipedia:Fair use and Wikipedia:Copyrights.
To the uploader: this tag is not a sufficient claim of fair use. You must also include the source of the work, all available copyright information, and a detailed fair use rationale.
I believe I saw some of these images in a Discovery program called "Pol Pot: Inside Evil" which aired at 9:00 PM on Channel 8 in the Seattle area.
