[edit] Notability
He is the author of a notable book, and that is enough per WP:BIO:
- This is not intended to be an exclusionary list; just because someone doesn't fall into one of these categories doesn't mean an article on the person should automatically be deleted.
One of the criteria is:
- Published authors, editors and photographers who received multiple independent reviews of or awards for their work.
His book has been prominently referenced and not only reviewed, but reproduced in its entirety online by several of the most prominent Shi'a websites.

- The "notability" of Fatima the Gracious is being contested even as we speak ... remove the {{notability}} tags again and the Admins will just WP:CSD them, and you can waste time at WP:DRV trying to have them restored instead of making useful contibutions to Wikipedia ... your little shell game of books and authors being "notable" simply because you created articles for them is coming to an end, so either fix them or watch them evaporate, but don't think that you can hide what you are doing by removing tags, because that only draws attention to your behaviour and weakens you case in other arguments! --72.75.85.159 23:03, 3 January 2007 (UTC)

- Shell game? Another bad faith accusation? I am a Shi'a, and most of my contributions in the book and scholars area are on the Sunni side. I have no personal interest in boosting the sunni credibility, i do it since it serves wikipedia. Now, how about you do the same, and give me a hand in establishing notability for Fatima the Gracious in a way that would satisfy your sense of notability? Give me a hand instead of just complaining? --Striver - talk 19:17, 4 January 2007 (UTC)
