I have two suggestions. Number one, if you add anything to any article please make sure to back it up with as many references as possible. Number two, if someone is too lazy to add the references don't go around and assume that the new content should just be deleted. With Google only a second away you can find all sorts of sources for filling in the blanks and making an article more complete. Do not let the laziness of the original editor force upon us a spirit of trimming down entries on Wikipedia. Instead, I suggest you add a comment to the user page of any member that forgets to cite his sources to request that such action be taken in the future. Regarding the photo that User:Molloy is attempting to add: regardless of copyright status, there's no particular reason to tolerate any contributions to Jewish topics by Nazis. I'm usually loathe to use the N-z- word when describing other people, but this should suffice to demonstrate that the nomenclature is accurate. --jpgordon ∇∆∇∆ 6 July 2005 05:06 (UTC)

It's a picture of Foxman: he's not snarling, picking his nose, or eating Christian babies -- though that "Vulcan Death Grip" pose is a bit odd -- so what does it matter what the source is? --Calton | Talk 6 July 2005 06:28 (UTC)

Well, the photo seemed when I first saw it to be unfortunate; discovering its origin tends to suggest that it's not unfortunate at all, but deliberately offensive.

Any evidence that the person described in the link provided by jpgordon is User:Molloy? After all, whats in a name? Regardless, a photo of Mr. Foxman would help the article. I uploaded a photo from the ADL website on the grounds that it likely qualifies for fair use. If I failed to follow the guidelines, please chastise me and delete it. During the 1993 Canadian Federal Election the Conservatives ran a television ad mocking Jean Chretiens facial deformity. The result was a severe public backlash which made legitimate criticism of Liberal policies difficult. Chretien won that election and ruled with a majority government for ten years. I suspect that no one would have a problem with creating a section or listing under "Criticisms" the many odd statements that Mr. Foxman has made over the years? There are plenty and I would undertake this take as long as my work is not going to be wiped out with a revert. Any thoughts? Jtpaladin 15:14, 6 December 2006 (UTC)

The section would be extremely long and easy to give sources. It would infuriate all aboard wiki. It would be erased. Forget it.
