Abertillery RFC

Abertillery Rugby Football Club is a Welsh rugby union team. According to their web site, they were founded in 1883. Their team colours are green and white and their home ground is Abertillery Park in Abertillery.
Their informal nickname is the Green and Whites.
Abertillery RFC played in the Welsh National League (Division Five East), in the 2004/2005 season.

Abertillery have been Welsh champions twice. They have provided players for Wales and the British Lions, including Haydn Morgan, Allan Lewis and the late Alun Pask they have also had some osprey players notably Shaun Conner.
