Aberdeen Asset Management plc is a fund management company based in Aberdeen in Scotland. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE: ADN) and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.

The company was established in 1876. It operates mainly in the United Kingdom but also has offices in several other countries. As of October 2006 it had funds under management of £70.3 billion.

On 23rd March 2007, they announced tha acquisition of certain Australian fund management businesses of Deutsche Bank for AU$148 million (£61 million). This expanded their existing fund management business in Australia orinally acquired when the company bought Equitilink in 2000.
