[edit] Your name in many languages

I got your message, but it looks like all the languages that I know anything about have already been done. It's a great project though. Academic Challenger 23:44, 30 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Ottoman map and Zeila

Hi, thanks for pointing out. The map is far from being detailed at that level just because I do not currently have access to serious, trustable literature and historical maps. It was just an attempt to provide a better visual presentation of the many existing low resolution versions. I plan to have a short trip to Turkey before February and I'm sure I will come up with serious maps in the library. If you know of any good online resource for this work (I was not able to find one) I will be glad to hear. I will definitely take your point into account when updating the map. Happy new year! [edit] Re: Military of Somaliland

Hello Abdullah. First of all, my apologies for not replying earlier. I was on holidays. The article seems to have already been divided into sections. I'll, however, try to find some interesting information to contribute to it. It will be awhile before I can get more involved as there's a ton of things at work that need taking care of. In any case, thanks for the note and my best wishes to you in the new year. --RedZebra 05:17, 9 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Map of Somaliland

Hello. Actually, the new country locator maps that are appearing (in SVG format) are made by someone else. I made the very first versions, but other people have later created newer, better maps. I think Rei-artur is the person you'd need to talk to about a new map. Sorry I can't be of more help. -- Vardion 01:06, 12 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Laxoox

Hi!

I've removed a couple of comments that have been added to the above article today, partly because I am unsure of their value to the article but mainly because their addition disturbed its formatting. Just drawing your attention to this as you started the article and have added to it since, so I thought you might be able to judge the value of these additions, if any.
