[edit] Cut a paragraph

I cut a parragraph over Bucaram and Hugo Chavez. Bucaram has always been ambiguous and contractory about Chavez and some of its collaborators have ended up criticizing to Chavez.

I put a parraghaph speaking of Domingo Cavallo and a i cut the parragraph over the the reintallation of the corruption acusations because that was two months after, not the same day of fall of Lucio Gutierrez.

Bucaram is the biggest fool and crazy man of the history of Ecuador.
