Abdurrahman Bukhathir

Abdurrahman Bukhathir is a United Arab Emirates national almost single handedly responsible for bringing the sport of cricket to the UAE. ^{[dubious — see talk page]}

He runs the Sharjah Cricket Stadium through his Cricketers Benefit Fund Series (CBFS). Everytime a tournament is played at Sharjah, selected veterans are given a percentage of profits as a token from the Fund.
