Abdisalam Issa-Salwe

Dr. Abdisalam Mohamed Issa-Salwe (PhD) is a lecturer in Information Systems at Thames Valley University in the United Kingdom. He is also regional specialist in the Horn of Africa, and has published two works dealing with the region:
