[edit] Structure of Venue
[edit] ABC1
The building has two venues inside. ABC1 on the second floor is the main venue and has a capacity of 1250. It houses major bands that may not be able to sell out the city's other big venues like Barrowlands, The Carling Academy and SECC. Bands who have played in ABC1 include The Raconteurs, Buzzcocks, Richard Ashcroft and The Fratellis, who performed 4 sold out shows in 2 days. Arab Strap also played their final gig there.
[edit] ABC2
ABC2 is a windowless smaller room on the first floor which can hold 350. Bands doing intimate tours or performances normally sell out this venue. Bands who have played in ABC2 include Rooster, Kasabian and Melanie C.
