Abbas Farid (born 10 October 1983) is a British freestyle footballer from Newport, South Wales. He is of Pakistani origin and his religion is Islam. He hails from the largely Muslim area of Maindee, near Newport city centre.

In June 2003, Abbas was named UK Freestyle King in the Nike Freestyle competition in London, becoming the winner chosen from over 30,000 competitors. He has since featured in several music videos for bhangra/desi artists, such as Jay Sean. He has done many performances in recent years at football matches, other sporting events, Asian cultural celebrations and other media promotions around the UK and the World.
