Aaron Stecker (born November 13, 1975 in Green Bay, Wisconsin) is an American football running back who plays for the New Orleans Saints of the National Football League. He attended Western Illinois University. Prior to playing for the Saints, he played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, as well as the Scottish Claymores of NFL Europe.

Stecker began his college career at the University of Wisconsin in 1995. He played 2 years there, recording 3 100 yard games, a 100 yard Kick Return for a Touchdown, and a 63 yard punt return for a touchdown. In 1997 he transferred to Western Illinois after the emergence of future Heisman Trophy winner Ron Dayne. During that 1997 season Stecker recorded 2293 rushing yards in route to winning the Gateway Conference player of the year award. Stecker would finish his career at Western Illinois as the All-Time leading rusher with 3799 yards in just 2 seasons. A record that was later broken by Travis Glasford in 2005.

Stecker attended Ashwaubenon High School in Ashwaubenon, Wisconsin and was a letterman in football and baseball.
He played for the Ashwaubenon Jaguars, the football team of Ashwaubenon High School. His number, 27, has been retired.
