AAODS

AAODS (short for Abergavenny Amateur Operatic and Dramatic Society) was established in 1911. The society is split into two sections. A Senior Section (Age 14+) and a Junior Section (Age 7-18). The Society perform in the Borough Theatre, Abergavenny! AAODS is a member of NODA (National Operatic and Dramatic Association)
[edit] Junior Section
The Junior Section over the past few years have produced extremely good shows and received very good reviews in the local pages. The most recent performance by the young cast was "West Side Story" which was a tremendous achievement. At the moment the committee have decided between High School Musical, Annie or Seven Brides for Seven Brothers.

The Senior Section have also produced very good shows from Guys and Dolls to Oklahoma. The next performance shall be "Kiss me Kate" which will hopefully follow the high standard of shows.
