- Writer Dino Stamatopoulos originally wrote the songs in the sketch "Cracker Barrel Open" for Late Night with Conan O'Brien, but they were deemed too offensive. He then tried to use them on Saturday Night Live and The Dana Carvey Show, but was shot down for the same reason; so, he brought the sketch to Mr. Show.
- Bill Odenkirk did the drawing for the "Map Link" sketch. He also did drawings for the earlier episode "Peanut Butter, Eggs, and Dice."
