Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.

Dawson and friends come together to help make the opening of the Potter Bed & Breakfast a success. Problems include Pacey inviting a B&B reviewer to stay the night and the heat not working. Since there are no real guests yet, Grams checks in with "grandkids" Jen, Jack and Andie while Mitch and Gayle check in as a loving married couple. Disturbed by his parents' play-acting, Dawson struggles with the reality of their relationship. Also, Jen tries to rekindle her failed relationship with Henry while Andie tries to persuade Jack to move back in with her and their father. Pacey begins to realize his feelings for Joey.
