A Very Special Delivery is the 18th episode in season 2 in the Barney & Friends television show which airs on the Public Broadcasting Service. The episode features Bob West as the voice of Barney, West was featured on the show from 1992 - 2001. This was later released on home video as "Families are Special".

Tosha has a big surprise for Barney and the gang. Her mom just gave birth to twins! The children learn about families and make presents for the new borns. This episode features a guest visit by Ella Jenkins.
