A Splash Party Please is the 23rd episode in season 1 in the Barney & Friends television show which airs on the Public Broadcasting Service. The episode features Bob West as the voice of Barney, West was featured on the show from 1992 - 2001. This was later released on home video as "Barney's Best Manners". January 21 1998
