A Reason to Win (Japanese: 闇の闘牛場発動！ 明日香ＶＳタイタン, The Dark Arena Activates! Asuka VS Titan) is the 41st episode of Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters GX (Yu-Gi-Oh! GX). It was first broadcast in Japan on July 13, 2005.

Only two Shadow Riders remain, and while final victory may be at hand, Alexis' brother Atticus' mind isn't. Desperate to try and get her brother back to sanity, Alexis accepts a challenge set by the returned Titan, now among the Shadow Rider elite: Duel him at the very same place they met last time, and if she wins, he will restore Atticus' mind. Lose, however, and she and her spirit key will join him in oblivion.

Alexis eventually wins and Atticus is recovered. However, when revcovered, Atticus tells the gang that Professor Banner had led him to the Shadow Realm and Professor Banner may have something to do with all this.
