"A little piece" is a song by Depeche Mode vocalist David Gahan and is the only single from his 2004 video release, Live Monsters. It was released on 9 February 2004 in UK; this is a UK release because the single was released by Mute Records. In fact, the single was launched on the internet.
The song was recorded at the Olympia, in Paris, France. The concert was part of the European leg of the Paper Monsters Tour, in 2003. This is an exclusive digital download and can be purchased only from Dave Gahan's official site.
The single was released before the video Live Monsters, as a preview. The track is audio only, even if of Live Monsters it's a video.

The digital single is a folder wich contains four files:
- a high bitrate mp3 (the only track);
- two .pdf files with high-resolution artwork (first is showing the front sleeve and the back sleeve of the single and the second is showing the CD label);
- an exclusive picture of Dave Gahan, that cannot be found anywhere else. The black and white photo is showing Dave standing and in the background, Knox Chandler sitting on a chair and playing a guitar.
