A Kids Guide to Giving

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A Kids Guide to Giving is a children's book by author Freddi Zeiler, that sets out to teach and inform kids on how to "give" - be it money or otherwise - to charities and others. It is published by Innovative Kids in collaboration with By Kids For Kids

Author Freddi Zeiler realised when she was in 7th grade that she had a privileged life, seeing that other kids around the world worked all day just so their families could buy food and survive. She discovered sick and suffering people without the resources to buy medicine and that pollution threatened the global environment and destroyed wild animals’ homes.

Designed to inspire children, the book is a reference of many non-profit organizations that young people can relate to, divided into the categories People, Animals, and Environment.
