A Funny Thing Happened at the Quick Mart is a 2004 independent film, written and directed by David Yarovesky. Only ten minutes in length, it stars, principally, Joey Kern and Rachel Nichols as two teens who encounter in a convenience store, then experience a truly insane series of events, leading to the film's payoff punchline 9 minutes in. The film garnered good reviews at the Tribeca Film Festival in May 2004.
