A Degree of Murder (Orig. Mord Und Totschlag) is a 1967 West German film, starring Anita Pallenberg and directed by Volker Schlondorff. The film is widly recognised because of the soundtrack composed, produced, arranged, and played by Brian Jones (founder of the rolling stones), Pallenberg's boyfriend at the time.

Marie(Anita Pallenberg)shoots dead her ex boyfriend with his own gun, after he attemps to beat her. Instead of reporting this to the police she hires two men to help her dump the body in a construction site near an autobahn. While doing this she becomes romantically involed with both men!! The film was filmed in west Germany in 1967. It is 87 minutes long and filmed in colour.

The soundtrack by Pallenberg's boyfriend Brian Jones has unfourtunatley been lost. It has never had an official release, the closest to the soundtrack is by buying the film.
