A Collection of Short Stories is an album by Houston Calls, released on August 2, 2005 on Rushmore Records. The album is considered Houston Calls' debut album, however, they independently released two samplers beforehand. The song title "The Better Part of Valor" is a reference to William Shakespeare's Henry IV, Part 1.
