A Buncha White Chicks Sittin' Around Talkin' is the twenty-fifth episode of season four of the television situation comedy Will & Grace.

In a unique episode, the main cast speak with an offscreen therapist. Will facing the revelation dropped in the previous episode, asks Grace to be the mother of his child - although they both have reservations. And, inspired by Will's leap of faith, Jack goes after his own goal by auditioning for Broadway, and Karen visits Stan for a conjugal visit.
