A390 road

The A390 is a road in Cornwall and Devon, England. It runs from Tavistock to Plymouth where it merges with the A38 and then diverts again at Dobwalls, running via Lostwithiel to Truro. It is the main route from Truro to Plymouth, although after a severe accident in Lostwithiel in 1999 heavy goods vehicles are diverted from it at the top of Edgcumbe Road, Lostwithiel.
