A.M. (1995) |
Being There (1996) |
A.M. is the debut album of Wilco. It was released in 1995. Musically similar to the works of Uncle Tupelo, A.M. would be the last album Wilco would cut that followed the template set by its Uncle Tupelo predecessors, afterwhich they would begin to gravitate towards pop music. Notably, frontman Tweedy was unable to play most of the album's guitar solos and used his roadie, Brian Henneman as lead guitarist.
