Description
English: British Rail Class 86, no. 86229 'Lions Club International', at Birmingham New Street on 5th June 2003, on a service to London Euston. This locomotive was one of the final three Class 86 locomotives operated by Virgin Trains, and was withdrawn from service in September 2003. It has since been bought for further use by FM Rail.
Deutsch: British Rail Baureihe 86, Nr. 86229 „Lions Club International“ in Birmingham New Street am 5. Juni 2003 mit einem Zug nach London Euston. Diese Lokomotive gehörte zu den letzten drei dieser Baureihe, die von Virgin Trains genutzt wurden und wurde im September 2003 aus dem Betrieb genommen. Danach wurde sie zum weiteren Gebrauch con FM Rail gekauft.
