Be advised that both you and Yorkshire Phoenix (194.203.110.127) (talk • contribs) have violated the three revert rule for edits on Birkenhead and may be blocked in the future if you continue to edit war. Neither your nor their edits constitute simple vandalism, and repeated reversion is not appropriate. It is also not at all helpful for you to refer to them as "the CountyWatch vandal."
Do not continue to edit the article without first discussing the issues on the article's talk page, on which you have yet to leave a single post! At this point, neither of you should make any edits to the article, at least regarding Merseyside or Cheshire County, without an accompanying edit to the talk page. There seem to be a number of items of disagreement, but I suspect they can be worked-out. If direct discussion of the issues fails, however, there are a number of options open to you at Wikipedia:Resolving disputes. Note also that that the three revert rule does not entitle you to edit war, and that in the future you may be temporarily blocked from editing for fewer than three reversions.
