CheckUser evidence has determined that this IP address has been used abusively;
the address has been blocked temporarily or permanently to prevent further abuse.

If you are a registered user and are seeing this message, please post {{unblock}} on your talk page, with a note
referencing this message. Please be sure to include the IP address (which should appear at the bottom of the block message).

Administrators should not undo any block that is specifically called a "Checkuser" block. Period. The Checkuser knows something that you don't. If the unblock template goes up you need to ask the Checkuser why the block is there. The Checkuser might not tell you, but they will review the situation and decide whether the block can be lifted. It may not be obvious why that block is in place, but there is a reason.[1]

(see: block logcurrent autoblocks)

Do not unblock: Per this incident, all requests to lift the block on this IP address should be declined on sight. Please direct all blocked users to email unblock-en-l from an @chello.at email address. The banned vandal Enlighter1 (talk contribs) is known to operate sockpuppets from this address. --  Netsnipe  ►  13:01, 9 December 2006 (UTC)

This user has been requesting unblocks today (of both this IP and of User:ThomasK) on IRC, and when he/she has not encountered any administrators willing to do that, he or she turned abusive. This does not demonstrate the requisite maturity we demand of members of our community. - Mark 09:06, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
