Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, as you did to Beastie Boys, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Bz2 13:05, 9 March 2006 (UTC)

Please see Wikipedia's no personal attacks policy: There is no excuse for personal attacks on other contributors. Do not make them. Comment on content, not on the contributor; personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Note that you may be blocked for disruption. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thanks, Please do not threaten other users, and whether you believe that your edit is debatable or not, it is rude to repeatedly make an edit without discussing it. Please do so on Talk:Beastie Boys. Please also be aware of the WP:3RR policy. --Nlu (talk) 18:03, 9 March 2006 (UTC)

If you want the link removed, and not be reverted, you are going to have to go to the talk page of Beastie Boys and explain why you think the link should go. Otherwise, the current cycle of you removing the link, and others reinserting it, is just going to continue. You need to explain on the Talk page in question exactly why you think the link is bad and should be removed. Removing content, especially repeated removals with no explanation given whatsoever, eventually crosses the line into vandalism. You were reported today for vandalism, which is why you suddenly have a couple of admins in the middle of this. Come to talk, explain your reasoning, and you may very well find people agreeing with you. - TexasAndroid 18:44, 9 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] 3RR

Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia under the three-revert rule, which states that nobody may revert an article to a previous version more than three times in 24 hours. (Note: this also means editing the page to reinsert an old edit. If the effect of your actions is to revert back, it qualifies as a revert.) Thank you. Ziggur 08:14, 10 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Blocked for 12 hours

Despite your warning above, you chose to persistently revert Beastie Boys, and you reverted four times inside 24 hours ([1], [2], [3], and [4]).

You have been temporarily blocked for violation of the three-revert rule. Please feel free to return after the block expires, but also please make an effort to discuss your changes further in the future. Stifle 00:15, 11 March 2006 (UTC)
