Regarding this edit. Wikipedia is not a toy to be played with. Do not impersonate other users on talk pages. Talk pages are for discussing the content of an encyclopedia article, and suggesting possible improvements, not to make snide remarks about other users, or the subject of the encyclopedia article. You are encouraged to contribute to the encyclopedia. --Darth Deskana (talk page) 20:26, 27 April 2006 (UTC)

Please refrain from adding nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to Talk:Daz Sampson. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. --Darth Deskana (talk page) 20:28, 27 April 2006 (UTC)

You're just attacking me because you are racist.--SUser:QuoUser talk:Quo 14:25, 26 April 2006 (UTC)

Do not accuse me of being racist because you are disrupting Wikipedia. Why are you signing your name with a username that isn't even yours? --Darth Deskana (talk page) 20:32, 27 April 2006 (UTC)

Stop trolling on the Talk:Daz Sampson page. I will not warn you again. Further trolling will result in a block. --Lord Deskana Dark Lord of the Sith 07:29, 10 May 2006 (UTC)
Is it OK if I change my IP Lordy?

You have been temporarily blocked from editing for vandalism of Wikipedia. Please note that page blanking, addition of random text or spam, deliberate misinformation, privacy violations, and repeated and blatant violation of WP:NPOV are considered vandalism. If you wish to make useful contributions, you may come back after the block expires. --Lord Deskana Dark Lord of the Sith 19:46, 11 May 2006 (UTC)

I have warned you about trolling, so edits like this are totally unacceptable. If you continue, I will block you again. --Lord Deskana Dark Lord of the Sith 07:20, 16 May 2006 (UTC)

You have been blocked from editing Wikipedia for repeated vandalism and trolling on Daz Sampson. If or when the block expires, please refrain from vandalizing or this account will face longer blocks, and action could be taken against the individual who uses it. I will report this IP address to WP:ABUSE if you continue, and will contact your ISP myself in an effort to stop the slander you keep adding to the Daz Sampson page. --Lord Deskana Dark Lord of the Sith 09:55, 18 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Regarding edits made during July 15, 2006 (UTC) to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of minor Star Wars organizations

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits are considered vandalism, and if you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others. Thank you. If this is an IP address, and it is shared by multiple users, ignore this warning if you did not make any unconstructive edits.Super-Magician (talk • contribs • count) ★ 20:22, 15 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] RE: Bucket Fanny

Googling does present 29,000 results, but, as far as I can tell, none are related to this topic. Urban Dictionary doesn't have an entry either: could you provide a source (preferably more) for its popular use? Thanks, EVOCATIVEINTRIGUE TALKTOME | EMAILME | IMPROVEME 20:57, 21 July 2006 (UTC)

Yes, hold on... 82.25.23.38 20:59, 21 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Bad Advise

Please do not leave patently false advise to other users, as you did to User:FelixCheng. It is absolutely incorrect to state that you can upload any copyrighted picture to Wikipedia and only need to say "thank you" to the copyright holder. Please read Wikipedia:Copyrights for more information. Thanks, Gwernol 17:33, 8 August 2006 (UTC)

But if you say 'thank you' it is OK because that is giving credit to the original creator. This is enshrined in Belgian Law as 'fair use'. I think people have victimised Felix, I feel very sorry for him - he just wants to have those characters added - is it a conspiracy?82.25.23.38 17:36, 8 August 2006 (UTC)
Wikipedia does not operate under Belgian law. Copyright is exceptionally important to Wikipedia's operation. Please read the policy I linked to above. This is non-negotiable. On Wikipedia you cannot simply say "thank you" and ignore all copyright laws. The issue of his made up characters is completely unrelated to copyright issues. They cannot be added to Wikipedia because this is an encyclopedia, not a place for stuff some random guy made up. Giving that incorrect advice to Felix was thoroughly misguided. Gwernol 17:40, 8 August 2006 (UTC)

I've removed your latest "Jesus loves you" comment from Felix's talk page. If you cannot abide by Wikipedia's policies, I suggest you find a different forum for you. If you continue to attempt to undermine the rules of Wikipedia I will block you from editing. Gwernol 17:42, 8 August 2006 (UTC)

I think you need to look at copyright in the round and ask yourself 'what would Jesus do? Jesus never mentioned copyright, in fact it is not mentioned in the bible at all - so clearly this is a law of man, not a law of God. Please think about this.82.25.23.38 18:48, 8 August 2006 (UTC)
I think you need to look at the blocking policy and ask yourself "What would Deskana do?". The answer is block you for 31 hours. One more word of abuse or anthing similar and this page shall be sprotected. --Lord Deskana (talk) 18:50, 8 August 2006 (UTC)

{{unblock|I am really sorry, I have learned my lesson. Please unblock me mate.}}

I'm assuming that was an unblock request, so I turned it into one. Just to make sure you have indeed learned your lesson, please outline what you did wrong and what lesson(s) you have learnt? I wouldn't unblock you unless you do this and I doubt many other admins would either. Good luck, Gwernol 19:40, 8 August 2006 (UTC)

Basically, I acted like a complete arse, seeking to exploit Felix's dogged niavity for comedic effect. However, I now understand this is no laughing matter - copyright is important because if it isn't respected copyright owners could take action against Wikipedia - potentially endangering the whole project. Further, I was wrong to try to be humourous - Wikipedia is not the place for that. I apologise unreservedly and undertake to be a model wikicitizen from here on in - starting by writing a prper article on Freightliner.

Your request to be unblocked has been denied for the following reason(s):

If what you say is true, you won't mind waiting until your block is over to do it

Request handled by: Lord Deskana (talk) 19:54, 8 August 2006 (UTC)

Do not remove this template from your page.

So the lesson there is - don't apologise, don't admit errors of judgement, don't show evidence of learning and don't undertake to do something constructive - it won't make a blind bit of difference. Or have I misunderstood something? 82.25.23.38 20:04, 8 August 2006 (UTC)

Yes. You've missed what I said. Read the template. --Lord Deskana (talk) 20:05, 8 August 2006 (UTC)
I'm not sure I follow your logic - why would me admitting I was wrong mean that I will not mind being blocked?
I never said it would. I'm saying if you truly wanted to improve Wikipedia you'd recognise 31 hours isn't long to wait. I won't reply here again unless I feel great need to, so don't expect any more replies. --Lord Deskana (talk) 20:10, 8 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] trolling

Final warning. Any further trolling such as this and you're gonna get blocked again. So much for wanting to improve the encyclopedia. --Lord Deskana (talk) 16:38, 10 August 2006 (UTC)

er, that's a compliment. 82.25.23.38 16:42, 10 August 2006 (UTC)

hello Lord Desanka, can you un-final warn me please, I was only agreeing with you when you said you "come out with some pretty funny stuff". I totally agree with that, I find it funny too. I thought we were trying to make a fresh start together? 82.25.23.38 16:59, 10 August 2006 (UTC)
I don't think this is very funny. 82.25.23.38 20:23, 10 August 2006 (UTC)
