This image is of a poster for an event, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the organization hosting the event or the artist which produced the poster in question. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of event posters

to illustrate the event in question,
in the absence of free photographs which could serve such a purpose,
on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation,
